Returns Policy & guidelines:

14 days exchange or refund policy 

We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. However, the goods must still be in their original condition and packaging and unused.  

Non-returnable items:

  • Swimwear & underwear
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift cards

To exchange or Return an Item:

  1. LOG YOUR RETURN by – Email us with ‘return request’ in the subject line to
  2. To assist us, please provide a receipt or order number to identify the product and your order.
  3. In the body of your mail, please state clearly the reason for the request.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We will arrange for the item to be collected with the delivery of the new exchange item to you.

Shipping costs for items for exchange or return that are not defective, will be for your cost.

Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Surcharge on Returns:

We charge a standard 10% handling fee on returns to cover costs.

There will be NO surcharge where good are found to be defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; ie, Books with obvious signs of use, or damage to items through neglectful washing or use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
